What am I doing with the SimBio code

I use the SimBio-code for my main research interests:

  • Development of new methods for source analysis of combined EEG and MEG data
  • Improving volume conductor modeling for source analysis of combined EEG and MEG data using the finite element method
  • Low resolution conductivity estimation of brain tissues
  • Spatio-temporal current density reconstruction
  • Presurgical epilepsy diagnosis
